These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game Kitchen Match (the “Game”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on Android devices that you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
The Game — including its code, artwork, characters, level designs, names, and all other content — is owned by the developer of Kitchen Match and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

The Game is free to play and supported by advertising, including banner ads and optional rewarded video ads. Rewarded ads play only when you choose to watch them in exchange for an in-game benefit. Advertisements are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of ads or for the products and services they promote. Data practices connected to advertising are described in our Privacy Policy.
Boosters, unlocks, scores, and any other in-game items or progress have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of value outside the Game, and may be modified or reset as part of updates. Progress is stored only on your device; we cannot restore progress that is lost when a device is changed, reset, or the Game is uninstalled.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be required for continued play. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error-free.
This license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You may end it at any time by uninstalling the Game.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You play the Game at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Kitchen Match shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the statutory rights you hold as a consumer.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to play the Game after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
